What is BANDAfit?

BANDAfit combines 3 workouts in 90 minutes that couldn’t be more different.
For 30 minutes we drum to rock music as hard as our orange sticks can handle – standing, sitting, lying down. Exercises from Pilates and yoga, combined with cardio training. It’s an ideal workout for losing fat.

This is followed by 30 minutes of power for the stomach, legs and bottom – with an elastic resistance band! Squats, lunges and planks are not only made more intense by the resistance, but also target the deeper muscles. The best thing: the bands easily replace a pair of dumbbells weighing up to 23 kilos. But don’t worry, we make it all fun! The exercises are packed into a simple choreography that repeats – no dancing, but just as much fun as if you were on the dance floor. This makes muscle training twice as much fun!

Dumbbell class – In the final part, things get powerful:
Using light dumbbells of up to 2.5 kilos, we target the back, arms, and shoulders – all in time with upbeat music. Each exercise combination lasts 20 to 40 seconds, followed by a short break before moving right into the next round. No wild lifting here – just effective, controlled movements that improve your posture and tone your arm muscles. You’ll be surprised how much impact such small weights can have – especially when the groove is right!

BANDAfit – inspired by “la banda” in Spanish, which stands for both the music band and the elastic fitness band, makes your training more varied.
